How do I order?

1. Browse the Shoe page finding the items you require
2. Go to the Order page and complete your order details
3. Add on postage and packing - £2.00 per pair (EU countries), £3.00 per pair (USA and Australia). Please contact us at sales@scottishdanceshoe.co.uk for combined postage on multiple orders.
4. Fill in your contact details
5. You can now select a method of payment
6. Finally click "send"

How do I pay?

You can choose one of three ways to pay. You can pay securely online using your credit card. If you wish to pay by credit card but prefer to speak to us in person please phone us on 0208 902 0150 (UK)  +44 (0)208 902 0150 (International). Or fax to 0208 903 9451 (UK)  +44 (0)208 903 9451(International). Finally you can send us a cheque or postal order through the post. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Scottish Dance Shoe Company.

What size should I order?

Our dance shoes sizes are UK measurement. To allow for socks, please order either a half or full size bigger.

How long will my order take?

If your order is in stock it will generally be shipped within 3 days of order placement. However from time to time items may be out of stock. In these instances we will place a "special order" and you will be sent an email to let you know that the item you have ordered is currently out of stock and that we have put it on order. We will try to obtain your order as quickly as possible and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

How do I know my credit card & personal details are safe?

Our secure socket layer software (SSL) encrypts all of your personal information including your credit card number, name and address. This encryption ensures that nothing can be read as it travels over the Internet. Most banks or credit card providers either cover all charges resulting from unauthorised use of your credit or limit your liability to 50 UK Pounds. Check your credit card agreement about your coverage for liability.

How do I return an item?

Scottish Dance shoe Company is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.

If you don't like a product you buy from Scottish Dance Shoe company, you can return it for an exchange or refund.

So that we may give you satisfaction as quickly as possible, please call 0208 902 0150 before returning a product.

What about pricing?

All charges are in UK Pounds.

All out of country orders will be charged in their respective currencies based on current exchange rates. Payment will only be taken from your card on despatch of your order. If we part ship your order, rest assured we will not charge you any additional delivery costs.
