Why can’t I buy directly from this site?

This site is simply to illustrate the range of products we offer. All orders are processed by our parent company Antonio Pacelli, who are based in the same building and who will despatch and ship your product. You will be transferred to their website when you click the buy button to make your purchase.

Yes, all orders are processed by Antonio Pacelli. Antonio Pacelli are an Irish dance shoe company with a long history of excellent customer service and product design. So your order is in good hands!

Can I visit to try on your range?

Unfortunately our shop is now closed, so please order online. Please email or call us if you require advise on sizing.

I am not sure what size to order - do you have any suggestions?

We offer size guides on each of our main products to help you get the perfect size. You can read more about how to get the best size for you by clicking here.

Do you post overseas?

Yes we can. All shipments are dealt with by our parent company Antonio Pacelli, who can post all around the world.

Can I return them if they don’t fit?

Yes, Antonio Pacelli are happy to exchange or refund any purchase within 30 days as long as the item has not been worn or soiled. They do extend the return period over the Christmas period to cover early purchases which then need to be exchanged or returned.

We recommend that you test the fit of the pumps or ghillies on carpet to avoid marking the soles. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any shoes that have been worn at a dance class unless faulty.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return unless the item was sent out incorrectly or is faulty.

We do recommend that you send any return on a recorded delivery service as we are unable to exchange or refund until it is received by our returns department.

The £3 postage cost of sending out replacements will be charged to the card used for the original order unless you specify otherwise. If the original item was sent out incorrectly or is faulty then the replacement item will be sent out postage free and the cost of returning it to us refunded to your card.

Top Tip: If you are in a hurry for the replacement item then we recommend that you reorder the correct item(s) from our website and then send the incorrect item back for a refund!

If you are returning from outside the EU then please mark the box and customs slip ‘Returning to Manufacturer’ to avoid delays and charges in customs. We DO NOT accept deliveries from FEDEX due to the high charges involved. If you prefer to send it via FEDEX then you will be responsible for the import charges.
